Returns & Refund Policy — Freya Maria Originals

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Freya Maria Originals. Products purchased from third-party retailers are subject to the applicable retailer’s return and refund policy.

Freya Maria Originals is not yet live. This page is a placeholder structure and will be completed with a real return window and process before any direct sale is offered.

1. Returns

[To be added when Freya Maria Originals launches.] The product must satisfy the applicable return conditions stated on the product page and at the time of purchase.

2. Return Conditions

Where applicable, returned products should be unused, in their original condition, returned with original packaging, and accompanied by the relevant order information. Certain products may be non-returnable where permitted by applicable law.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at Contactus@freyamariaofficial.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs where appropriate.

4. Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the applicable refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable original payment method unless another method is required or agreed under applicable law.

6. Third-Party Purchases

If you purchase a product from Amazon or another third-party merchant through Freya Maria, the third-party merchant’s return and refund policy applies. Freya Maria does not process those third-party returns or refunds.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict rights that consumers have under applicable law.
